Meet the Staff

Rebecca Noameshie, Owner and Coach


Rebecca started her soccer career in an AYSO league in Missouri Valley, IA.  She then played at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA.  In addition to playing soccer, Rebecca studied vocal music and business and went on to graduate school to keep studying both at University of Missouri-Kansas City.  A mother of 3 boys who play competitive soccer and a wife to a soccer coach, Rebecca lives the ultimate soccer life.

Itzayanna Rubio, League Director and Coach


 Itzayanna lives in Des Moines and recently graduated from Drake University. Originally from Creston, Iowa, she's been playing soccer for the past eight years and hopes to pass on the team-building skills and lessons it taught her. Her favorite part of HappyFeet is watching the way the children improve and learn over the course of the season and years. They learn to work together and stay active in a way that's fun. She strives to get to know each child to make HappyFeet something they all enjoy. 

Coach Seo, Des Moines



Eliseo lives in Altoona, Iowa and is in his last semester of college. He is getting his degree in education with an endorsement in Social Studies. Eliseo is originally from Fresno, California, but has enjoyed living in Iowa the last 10 years. He has played soccer his entire life and was fortunate enough to play at Grand View University as well. His favorite part of coaching is being able to connect with each athlete to the best of his ability, and using his knowledge about soccer to create Future Legends.  

Coach Bridget, Des Moines


  My name is Bridget Davidson and I am a sophomore at Drake University studying Athletic Training . I am from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, and I have lived there my entire life. I have been playing soccer since I was five years old and continue to play in college on the Drake women's club team. I also grew up figure skating, playing hockey, and playing volleyball.

Coach Marissa, Ames


Marissa Savell is from Colorado and has recently graduated high school from Boone High School. While attending BHS, Marissa was on the soccer team and also played soccer as a kid. Marissa hopes to make soccer enjoyable and educational while coaching at HappyFeet. 

Coach Rachel, Ames


 I am Rachel Shepherd. I currently attend Iowa State University, studying Management and Finance, and a part of Alpha Delta Pi. My favorite hobbies are running, riding motorcycles, and competing in demo derby's. I love dogs and pizza." 

Coach Joe, Ames



Joe is an ISU student in Pre-physical therapy, Originally from Early, Iowa He played soccer for four years and is passionate about teaching 'Happy-feeters' the skills of soccer from beginner to advanced. His favorite part of HappyFeet is getting to know the kids and watching their skills increase throughout the season. His goals are to create a safe, postitive environment for kids of all ages to improve their soccer skills and a fun time doing it. 

Coach Kayley, Des Moines



Hello! My name is Kayley Weiland and I'm currently a sophomore at Drake University! I'm a Health Sciences major with hopes to go to medical school to become a doctor. I have played soccer for the past 14 years and currently play for the Drake Women's Club Soccer Team. I am originally from Dubuque, Iowa, where I coach for the Dubuque Soccer Club during the summer. I'm excited to be coaching again and to be able to share my love of the game with others!  

Coach Alicia, Des Moines


 Hi, I'm Alicia! I'm 21 years old and am a senior at Drake University. I study Rhetoric and English and hope to become a professor. I love books, anime, and tacos. 

Coach Beth, Ames


 Hello, My name is Beth Opperman. I am a mom of 2 a boy and a girl, engaged to be married, I work and run a business besides coaching. I love working with kids because I have 2 of my own, I want kids to know they can be champions win or lose, and it's a passion to work with kids.
