Daycare Classes
A 30-day written notice is required when cancelling the HappyFeet daycare classes. An email can be sent to info@sportsfirstmidwest.com
League
Effective Fall 2021, the refund policy will be enforced again. During the pandemic we chose to allow for some flexibility. Refunds will not be processed after the Registration Deadline.
Refunds requested prior to the registration deadline will have an administrative fee assessed.
Rosters and schedules are built based on the number of registrations in each age group at each location. This number is collected the day after registration closes.
Late Registrations are permitted based on these numbers, staff and coaches are scheduled based on these numbers.
Major Sales
Leagues purchased through major sales including but not limited to Thanksgiving or Black Friday sales are nonrefundable due to the extreme discount.
Registration Refund Insurance Players may purchase registration insurance each season for $15.95. This insurance can be used up until the first day of league for a full refund and prorated refund after the league has begun for particular circumstances. Thanksgiving and Black Friday sales are not included.
